Event rentals are booked three months or less in advance.

4 hour rental for event hosting up to 50 guests- $250

       - includes tables and chairs 

       - setup and cleanup part of the 4 hour rental

6 hour rental for event hosting up to 75 guests- $500

       - includes tables and chairs 

       - one or two additional hours available at $75 per hour

       - setup and cleanup part of the 6 hour rental

Pricing available for events hosting more than 75 guests

Weekend and overnight rentals are available.

All event rentals include

- building and patio

-trash disposal

-electricity

-outside grounds

-liability insurance
